(Canadian Bluegrass)
Thursday 12th July 2012 at The Harrison Bar, WC1
Viper Central are a six piece acoustic bluegrass band comprising hardcore fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar, bass and lapsteel guitar to perform their unique take on contemporary bluegrass. Hailing from Vancouver, Canada and having toured around Europe for the last six years, the band are back in the UK & Ireland to promote their latest album, “Thump & Howl”.
All six band members contribute original songs but won’t hesitate to deliver up their take on an age-old mournful waltz or bring the house down with a barn-burning bluegrass standard. The chemistry of the band members gives Viper Central a one of a kind sound that will stick with you long after the show is over.
