Matt is a young contemporary blues artists from the West Midlands, who combines an explosive slap-and-pick right hand guitar technique
with big-range blues vocals.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with Matt on a number of
projects and seen him perform on a variety of stages, ranging from large festivals to small and intimate venues. He never fails to excite; his charismatic performance always leaves the audience wanting more of his
powerful vocal and impressive guitar techniques.
Matt has been steadily building a strong national fan base
and for a very good reason. Following his hundred gigs in a hundred days tour,
interest from the BBC, MTV, Sky News and more recently TVL in Holland have resulted in documentation of some of Matt’s
musical pursuits.
